Pets of the Week: Windshield and Wiper

EUGENE, Ore. – Meet Windshield and Wiper, a pair of bonded four-month-old kittens who are seeking a calm and quiet forever home!

Greenhill Humane Society official said Windshield and Wiper represent an opportunity to double your pleasure with a pair of sweet kitty siblings. Windshield is a brown and black domestic shorthair mix male, while Wiper is a black domestic medium hair mix female. This brother-and-sister duo are a shy pair and a bit skittish with fast movements and loud noises so they would be most comfortable in an adults-only home, Greenhill staff said. Ideally, Windshield and Wiper would do well with those who have experience handling shy and under-socialized cats and who are willing to spend a bit more time helping these adorable kittens adjust to their new home. However, Windshield and Wiper are kittens, which means they have lots of energy and love to play, so their humans should be ready to do the same! Both are spayed/neutered and have medical releases that Greenhill staff can discuss with potential purr-ents.

Windshield and Wiper were Tuesday’s Pet of the Week on KEZI 9 News. Every Tuesday, KEZI showcases a homeless pet during the 6 p.m. broadcast. If you are interested in Windshield and Wiper or the other animals at Greenhill Humane Society, more information is available here…
