OHIO — A Tuesday morning search warrant in Addison Township led to the arrest of one individual following a joint investigation into suspected drug trafficking, according to Gallia County Sheriff Matt Champlin.
Law enforcement officers executed the warrant on Honeysuckle Drive on October 21 after a collaborative effort between the Gallia County and Meigs County sheriff’s offices.
“This morning, a search warrant was executed on Honeysuckle Drive in Addison Township following a collaborative investigation into suspected drug trafficking activity at a residence,” Champlin said in a statement. “This investigation was conducted jointly by the Gallia County and Meigs County Sheriff’s Offices. I am pleased to report that one individual has been taken into custody as a result of today’s efforts and he is currently housed in the Gallia County Jail.”…
