Mount Vernon will soon be home to a Fitness Court, a free outdoor gym that the community will absolutely love.
We all know how important it is to stay in shape. Physical fitness is key to staying healthy and maintaining overall well-being. That being said, some folks don’t have access to workout equipment, nor can they afford a gym membership. My wife is very into physical fitness; in fact, she has a background as a personal trainer. So, when I saw what Mt. Vernon, Indiana, has on the horizon, I knew this would be something that she would absolutely love.

Free Outdoor Gym Area Opening in Mt. Vernon
There’s a really cool thing called The Fitness Court. This thing is a part of the National Fitness Campaign, with hundreds of free outdoor gyms across the country. It’s a really cool gym too. It’s all completely outside, and everything you need for a workout is all right there. One of the newest Fitness Courts that will be opening soon will actually be in Mt. Vernon!
