CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – A suspected driver in a deadly hit-and-run accepted a plea deal in Charlotte County court, allowing the judge to decide his sentence.
Dean Shrewsbury agreed to the plea on Tuesday. Prosecutors say Shrewsbury hit and killed a bicyclist who was attempting to cross US-41 last December.
