Freeland mansion known as ‘The Hamilton’ goes back on the market for $6.75 million

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) It’s one of Fort Wayne’s most famous homes and Thursday, The Hamilton, once the home of Pizza Hut magnate Dick Freeland, will go on the real estate market for $6.75 million.

The 40-acre gated estate is located at the northeast corner of Liberty Mills Road and West Hamilton Road in southwest Allen County.

Noll Reserve, the luxury division of Noll Team Real Estate, in a press release issued Wednesday morning, calls the property one of “Indiana’s most architecturally significant residences and the crown jewel of northeast Indiana’s luxury real estate portfolio.”…
