FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Community Harvest Food Bank is spending the fall preparing for the holiday season.
On October 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Community Harvest will host a Trunk or Treat at the Tillman Road location. For those seeking a laugh, they can support Community Harvest and enjoy a comedy show. Cracking Up for a Cause returns to the Fort Wayne Comedy Club on October 24. Doors open at 6:30, admission is $15. The U Can Crush Hunger campaign will take place from October 27 through November 7. The winning college will receive a traveling trophy.
During the holiday season, Community Harvest can experience two to three times more traffic. The need heightens for not only donations but also volunteers…
