MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is accused of secretly taking pictures and videos in the bathroom at his Olive Branch residence.
Benjamin Kegerise, is charged with photo or film without permission, expectation of privacy.
According to court documents, Kegerise put his phone in the bathroom trash can of his residence and secretly recorded someone.
