Mid City’s THC and CBD product retailer Rad Dad will open its second location on Jefferson Highway.
The owners of Government Street store, which sells hemp-derived THC and CBD products, filed for a permit for a store at 8210 Jefferson Hwy Ste. B Monday. Co-owner Margaret Wilkinson said Rad Dad’s customer base has increased since opening the first store nearly 2 years ago as more and more people learn about the benefits of hemp-derived products for needs like sleep and relaxation.
About 30 new customers come through their doors each week, which was their sign to scale up, she said. Their clientele ranges from young professionals to senior citizens…
