When Is the Downtown Sioux Falls Trick or Treat?
Come downtown on Sunday, October 26, from 1 to 3 PM, and get in on all the fun and shopping too. Downtown businesses will be opening their doors to costumed ghouls and boys, and of course, mom and dad. In fact, the whole community is invited to this fun and festive traditional event.
