NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (WNYT) – A man from Niskayuna is facing drug and weapon charges after a traffic stop.
Damieon E. Evans, 33, was stopped in the area of Livingston Avenue and Judson Street in Albany just after 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Evans had a loaded .380-caliber semiautomatic handgun, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office said.
