SCOTIA, N.Y. (WNYT) — A man is facing more charges in connection with a high-speed crash in Scotia last month.
Police said Dominic Poggoli, 26, was going 110 mph per hour on Cuthbert Street just before 5 a.m. on Sept. 26. The speed limit is 30 mph in that area. A police officer was conducting speed enforcement and had to move his car out of the way to avoid a head-on crash.
