D’Angelo E. Bland, 23, of Ashburn, was arrested this week in connection with an incident earlier this month involving shots fired in the 700 block of East Market Street, police announced Wednesday, Oct. 22.
According to the Leesburg Police Department, the shooting happened just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, when officers responded to reports of a fight in the 700 block of East Market Street.
