Invasive Agama lizard sightings rise in Florida; Scientists raise public health concerns

ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. — A First Coast News crew was walking through Dutton Island Preserve, filming video for a story when something caught their attention.

Stradling a guard rail was a foot-long, brown lizard that was way too big to be a typical brown anole.
