A Lancaster Township man waived his preliminary hearing in a case of severe animal abuse.
Authorities say that Osvaldo Coello-Mendoza allegedly left his dogs to fend for themselves as he traveled abroad to Cuba.
According to a post on Lancaster County’s Crimewatch, Coello-Mendoza left the dogs at the 1000 block of Sterling Place without shelter.
