Following a spate of new leases, Rack Room Shoes is slated to become the latest addition to Monkey Junction’s Village at Myrtle Grove retail center.
The Charlotte-based footwear retailer has leased about 6,000 square feet in The Home Depot-anchored shopping center, Seamus Byrne, a leasing agent with the center’s owner Big V Property Group, recently told the Business Journal.
Rack Room is leasing about half of the storefront space Big V constructed on the site of a former 20,000-square-foot Staples store, which closed in 2023. Leasing for the remaining 5,700 square feet, which will likely be split between two tenants, is in the process of being finalized, Byrne said…
