NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Police are investigating after an early-morning shooting at a North Charleston apartment complex.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at Alston Arms Apartments at 3:28 a.m. Thursday, and found a shooting victim when they arrived at the scene, according to an incident report.
