WINTON HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) – A suspected dealer accused of selling the drugs that led to a Clermont County man’s overdose death has been arrested.
Randall Cornwell will be arraigned Thursday on involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence and drug charges.
