A 6-year-old child is among those recovering after a boat capsized in Tomales Bay, California.

In a post shared on Facebook on Tuesday, Oct. 21, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office said they had responded to reports of an “overturned boat in rough ocean conditions near Tomales Point.”

Authorities said they found several people in the water and after an “extensive search” found two passengers who had made it to a remote beach and were “suffering from cold-water exposure.”…
