SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Friends, family and community members gathered to remember the life of Kendall Rose Grant, a 7-year-old girl who died days after being hit by a car in Spartanburg County.
Grant was riding her bike with a family member on Cleveland Chapel Road just before 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, October 18.
