SHEPHERDSVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A dog is recovering, and a man is in jail following an act of alleged animal cruelty caught on camera in Shepherdsville.
Clay Smith was accosted by a stranger the night of Friday, Oct. 17, as he walked his 2-year-old chihuahua-pug mix named Chip across a parking lot.
