MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — It’s taken years of planning and construction, but Myrtle Beach officials are ready to celebrate the opening of a new multimillion dollar state-of-the-art fire station.
A public unveiling for the city fire department’s new Station No. 3 is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 15. It’s located on the same property as the former facility off S. Kings Highway at 500 Harrelson Boulevard, which continues to house the department’s training academy and administration offices.
