MARTIN COUNTY – On Oct. 4, a man was arrested by Stuart Police Department officers after he left without paying his tab at a local Martin County restaurant.
According to SPD, the suspect, Davis Robert Irvin reportedly told restaurant staff that his name was Kali and that he would be coming back to pay his $93.06 tab.
SPD found Irvin walking along Southeast Federal Highway and confronted him…
