ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two teens are facing charges after being accused of shooting an 18-year-old on Emerson Street on Oct. 7.
Rochester Police say it happened at around 9:20 p.m. on Oct. 7. They say when they got to Emerson Street, they found the 18-year-old with at least one gunshot wound to the upper body.
The victim was brought to the hospital with serious injuries, but police say medical staff were able to stabilize him…
