Parolee accused of stabbing 78-year-old; Victim drove off and hit cars on Driving Park Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A parolee faces charges after Rochester Police say he stabbed a 78-year-old man inside an apartment on Thursday. Police say the victim then drove off, hitting multiple parked cars with his truck.

The victim remains hospitalized with life-threatening wounds. Officers responded to the crash on Driving Park Avenue near Archer Street around 12:40 a.m. and found the driver with upper-body stab wounds. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw at least three damaged parked cars in a row and a truck with a smashed front.
