Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen, the chic European-inspired restaurant and lounge is now serving weekend brunch in the heart of Downtown Frisco. Located at 8763 7th St, Frisco, TX 75034, Elaine’s has become known for its artfully designed interiors, shareable plates, and precision-crafted cocktails. Now, it’s adding a new reason to visit — a lively weekend brunch that pairs indulgent bites with sparkling cocktails and laid-back sophistication.
Crafted by Chef Amy DiBiase, AHG’s Chief Operating Officer and Culinary Director, the new brunch menu showcases her signature blend of European technique and modern Texas warmth. Expect crave-worthy comfort food, bright seasonal flavors, and an inspired cocktail program designed to complement every dish.
Brunch Highlights
- Horchata French Toast — brioche layered with caramelized banana, candied pecans, and a horchata-cream cheese drizzle.
- Elaine’s Benedict — a creative twist on the classic, featuring poached eggs over grit cakes with chimichurri hollandaise and your choice of beef short rib, blue crab, or blistered tomato.
- Smoked Salmon Tartine — with avocado, pickled red onion, Chef Amy’s house tartar, and hard-boiled egg on toasted sourdough.
- Potato-Rosemary Frittata — caramelized onions, roasted bell pepper–almond pesto, and Parmesan make this gluten-free option hearty and flavorful.
- Buttermilk Biscuits & Gravy — elevated with Mexican chorizo and green onion salsa for a bold, savory finish.
- Cannoli Cream Crepes — filled with ricotta, chocolate chips, candied orange, and pistachio for the perfect sweet finale.
For lighter fare, guests can enjoy Coconut Overnight Oats, Seasonal Yogurt Parfait, and Quiche Lorraine. And of course, no brunch is complete without Belgian Waffles — served plain, with strawberries and cream, or with a cinnamon-rum apple flambé.
“Brunch is that perfect blend of indulgence and connection,” said Chef Amy DiBiase. “We wanted to create dishes that encourage guests to slow down and savor the moment — with flavors that are bright, comforting, and just a little unexpected, much like Elaine’s itself.”
