On October 23, 2025, Madison Police Department officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. The driver, Barry K. Harrison, age 40, did not comply with officers’ commands and attempted to leave the scene. Police used tire deflation devices. Harrison was taken into custody about 0.4 miles from the initial stop after entering a residential area.
Police searched Harrison’s vehicle and found MDMA, marijuana, and open alcohol containers. Harrison was arrested and taken to Dane County Jail.
