ST. LOUIS — The former executive director of a St. Louis-area nonprofit was convicted Thursday, nearly two years to the day after she was federally indicted for stealing millions of dollars meant to feed low-income children.
A St. Louis jury found Connie Bobo, 46, guilty on all eight counts listed on her indictment, including wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and obstruction of an official proceeding.
