OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Developers broke ground on six new townhomes in south Omaha as the city faces a shortage of nearly 30,000 middle and workforce-housing options by 2030.
The $2.5 million project at 29th and Jackson targets families with multiple children who have been squeezed out of the market, according to United Way of the Midlands data.
