PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man who stabbed another man and killed him on a MAX train in 2024 was found guilty but insane on Thursday.
Shondel Larkin, 53, was sentenced to a lifetime of supervision under the Oregon Psychiatric Security Review Board. The judge imposed the sentence without a jury.
