Man accused of causing deadly wrong-way crash on 787 due back in court

ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – The Coxsackie man accused of causing a deadly wrong-way crash on 787 is due in court on Friday morning.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. in Albany City Court for 44-year-old Lewis Thomas. Thomas has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, manslaughter and second-degree assault.
