Charlotte approves plan to crack down on fare evasion

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Metropolitan Transit Commission approved a fare evasion resolution that will increase fare enforcement after the suspect in the stabbing of Iryna Zarutska was on the light rail without a ticket.
