The Cumberland County Planning & Inspections Department and the Town of Hope Mills will hold a community kickoff meeting for the Hope Mills Area Land Use Plan on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The meeting will be from noon to 7 p.m. at the Hope Mills Parks & Recreation Center, 5766 Rockfish Road. Residents can attend at any time during these hours.
The meeting will give residents a chance to share ideas, ask questions, and learn about the planning process for Hope Mills and nearby areas. Residents who cannot attend can complete an online survey to give feedback on growth, development, transportation, and housing.
