A 61-year-old Florida man was arrested this week after he allegedly threatened a neighbor and her dog over a property dispute, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
Minor Catledge, 61, was taken into custody on Monday, October 20, following an incident that began days earlier on Friday, October 17. The incident centered on a public path adjacent to Catledge’s property in the Interlachen suburb, located about 72 miles south of Jacksonville.
The neighbor told police that she was walking her dog on the path when Catledge confronted her. Catledge allegedly “believed” the path belonged to him and told the woman he would “eat her dog” if she trespassed again…
