Woman agrees to diversion program, avoids trial in Carolina Forest wildfire

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Alexandra Bialousow, charged with starting a fire that lost control, leading to the Covington Drive wildfire in Carolina Forest, avoided trial by agreeing to a diversion program.
