ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Last Year, Roanoke City Public Schools (RCPS) partnered with Zum, a mass transit company committed to improving school bus safety.
Since then, Zum has fully staffed its team of bus drivers, with approximately 140 serving RCPS. Together, they have achieved a 98 percent on-time arrival rate.
