Increased police presence expected overnight in Montgomery County

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — An increased presence in law enforcement is expected Friday into Saturday in Montgomery County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol announced a Joint Traffic Enforcement Detail will begin Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. OSP troopers, Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies and Dayton police officers will be on State Route 48 working to lower deadly crashes and suppressing crime.
