WINCHESTER, Ky. — A lawsuit filed Friday, October 17, accuses a Clark County school bus driver of streaming videos on his cell phone while running a red light and fatally striking 15-year-old McKenna “Kenna” Letcher as she legally crossed the street — then failing to check on her after running over her body.
