TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo city crews will be installing a new traffic controller at the intersection of Heatherdowns Boulevard and Reynolds Road Saturday.
According to a press release from the city, there will be lane restrictions in the area from 4:30 a.m. until noon.
