GARCIA NUEVO LEON, Mexico — 39-year-old Armando Barrado had been missing from Wisconsin since December of 2005 when he failed not to show up for a court hearing in connection to harboring and aiding a felon.
The U.S. Marshal’s Office Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force announced October 23rd that they arrested Barrado in Garcia Nuevo Leon with the help of Mexican officials.
Barrado was known as a member of the Latin Kings gang and was indicted along with 48 other gang members on racketeering charges. Barrado was the lead defendent in the Federal RICO prosecution and was a murder suspect for a case that took place in Milwaukee…
