Lori Vallow Daybell ordered to pay nearly $12,000 restitution in murder case

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Lori Vallow Daybell was back in court Friday, according to East Idaho News.

Lori Vallow Daybell has been ordered to pay nearly $12,000 in restitution to Kay Woodcock in connection with Charles Vallow’s murder case in Arizona. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Justin Beresky ruled on the restitution amount during a hearing, where Daybell appeared virtually from the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center.

Maricopa County Prosecuting Attorney Treena Kay stated that Daybell owes Woodcock $11,747.99 to cover travel, lodging, counseling, and other expenses. Daybell did not present a counterargument, saying, “Based on how my trials were conducted and since experience tells me that regardless of what I say or what anyone else says, you’re going to order it, I’m willing to stipulate today.”…
