Chick-fil-A is available 24 hours with its first ever vending machine in Georgia

There are more than 3,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants with more than 200 in Georgia, according to ScrapeHero. But the chain just launched a new way of enjoying their food that’s one-of-a-kind.

Where is Chick-fil-A’s vending machine?

The machine is being tested at Wellstar MCG in Augusta. It’s right inside the hospital’s “F entrance” on Harper Street.

What is in Chick-fil-A’s vending machine?

The machine holds the Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch, Southwest Veggie Wrap with Creamy Salsa, and two flavors of Waffle Potato Chips. The wraps are sealed in plastic and housed in a box with a napkin.

How does Chick-fil-A’s vending machine work?

The machine’s interface is largely digital and it’s like any vending machine: You select the food you want, pay for it, and the food pops out. It doesn’t take cash, but in addition to a credit/debit card, you can use digital forms of payment like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The fridge’s old food will be replenished with new food as needed. It uses technology to monitor product expiration times and ensure those that are expired are not sold.
