A West Memphis teenager is behind bars after leading police on a high-speed chase that spanned city streets in Memphis and West Memphis.
It all started Monday morning when Memphis Police began tracking a stolen Hyundai Genesis that had crossed into West Memphis. Officers from the West Memphis Police Department and Arkansas State Police joined in the pursuit.
