October 20, 2025 – After more than a year of investigation into the June 2024 murder of Justin Robinson, 16, in Madison Park on N. Dupont Avenue, TITANS Unit detectives have arrested the suspected gunman, Jerome Mackey, 18, on a charge of criminal homicide.
Coincidentally, Mackey was taken into custody in Madison Park. He was armed with a pistol.
Homicide Unit detectives determined Mackey was part of two rival groups from Hunters Lane High School that came across each other in the park on June 12 of last year. Mackey is alleged to have pulled a gun during the encounter and fired in the direction of Robinson…
