BELLEVUE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Residents at the Forest Park Apartments are demanding change after watching a 17-year-old die in a shooting on the property Saturday night.
Metro Police said Ja’Quan Nolan, 17, was visiting friends at the complex when he was shot just after 10 Saturday night. A 24-year-old man was also hit in the shooting.
