On October 22, 2025, San Francisco police officers seized nearly 1,200 grams of narcotics during a search at an Oakland residence. The substances included 1,137.8 grams of fentanyl and 29.2 grams of methamphetamine. Interim Chief Paul Yep announced the operation.
Officers also confiscated narcotics packaging equipment, supplies, and $6,476 in cash. Police stated the drugs were meant for distribution in San Francisco.
The suspect, 33-year-old Kelbin Sanders-Cruz, was arrested. He faces multiple charges, including operating a drug house and possession for sale of controlled substances.
