Tampa’s Paw-loween Party Invites Locals to Adopt-a-Pet for Free at Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center

Get ready for a breed of Halloween fun this weekend in Tampa as the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center throws its Paw-loween party, a special event where potential pet parents can meet a bunch of adoptable dogs and cats dressed in their Halloween best. The celebration will take place tomorrow, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will feature a costume contest for the PRC pets kicking off at 2 p.m., as well as trick-or-treating opportunities with local pet rescue groups decked out at their trunks.

In a bid to find forever homes for these “scary cute” critters, the Pet Resource Center is generously waiving all adoption fees for the day. The event won’t just be about the treats, visitors can also snap fall memories at a festive photo booth, according to the official announcement.
