Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen Launches Weekend Brunch In Downtown Frisco

Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen, the elegant European-inspired restaurant and lounge from Alora Hospitality Group (AHG), is giving locals a new reason to linger in downtown Frisco.

The beloved spot, known for its shareable plates, lush interiors and expertly crafted cocktails, introduced a weekend brunch at 8763 7th Street, offering a mix of indulgence and connection. Starting now, brunch will be available Sundays, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

A Menu Crafted With Intention

Helmed by chef Amy DiBiase, AHG’s chief operating officer and culinary director, the new brunch menu captures her signature blend of refined European technique and modern Texas warmth. Guests can expect a lineup of craveable comfort dishes, fresh seasonal flavors and a cocktail list designed to start the day in style.

Among the standout items are the horchata French toast, featuring brioche layered with caramelized banana, candied pecans and horchata-cream cheese drizzle, and Elaine’s benedict, a creative spin on the classic with poached eggs over grit cakes, chimichurri hollandaise and toppings like beef short rib, blue crab or blistered tomato. The smoked salmon tartine, topped with avocado, pickled red onion, tartar and hard-boiled egg on sourdough, adds a light yet luxurious touch.

For heartier options, diners can enjoy the potato-rosemary frittata or nuttermilk biscuits and gravy with Mexican chorizo and green onion salsa, while the cannoli cream crepes offer a sweet finish filled with ricotta, chocolate chips, candied orange and pistachio…
