On October 21st, 2025, Tammy and Caden Mayfield were in Tammy’s new vehicle when they were hit head-on by suspects fleeing the police in an allegedly stolen vehicle.

The crash left them both with severe bruising, pain, and emotional trauma, and completely totaled their car, a vehicle Tammy had only purchased two weeks earlier.
