LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Sidney man was cited after a rollover crash in downtown Lincoln Thursday afternoon.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue were called to the intersection of 18th and K streets at 2:35 p.m. A gray SUV was on its side, and a red car had front-end damage in the intersection.
