Police seek public’s help in solving man’s deadly shooting on south Seattle trail

SEATTLE — Seattle police detectives are asking for the public’s help to find out who shot and killed a man in south Seattle on Monday.

Zachary Raymond-Becker, 37, was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head along the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail, just south of Dr. Jose Rizal Park. Police found him near a small fire that was set along the trail’s edge.

The area, seen on the map below, is near the Interstate 90 and Interstate 5 interchange.
